Exchange or refund within 15  days from the date of receipt of your order.

Exchange:

• Go to your account, in “My purchases”, select “Request an exchange/return” on the product concerned and follow the steps. Once the exchange is confirmed, follow the steps to return the initial product (identical to the return procedure described below). The new product will be shipped as soon as the return is validated.

• Or contact our Customer Service by phone at + 1 307 3012067.

Return:

1. Place your item in its original packaging with the original receipt.

2. Log in to your personal space on our site and request your return for
the item ordered. You will receive a confirmation email.

3. Your return will be made by the service provider that made the delivery:

(a) UPS or Click & Collect: your item was delivered in a brown box.
• Please stick the prepaid return label in your package on the original label.
• Close your package using the adhesive strip located inside the box.
• Drop off your package at a UPS relay point.

b) UPS: your item was delivered in a secure box (Livingpacket)
Please note that some orders may be delivered in a secure box. If this is the case for your delivery:

• Call our Customer Service to schedule a return.
• You will need to provide the order in its original packaging (box, bag, etc.).
• UPS will pick up your order in a secure box. To open the secure box, you will need to use a personal link that will be sent to you by email and SMS (same procedure as for the initial delivery), as well as a phone with bluetooth.
• Place your order inside, close the box and lock it. This way, your product is safe until it is returned to Maison Sophistisac.

(c) TEMIS: your item has been delivered in a saffron-colored shopping bag.
• Once your return request has been submitted via your personal space, you will receive
a TEMIS email to schedule your return.
• Please click on the link to choose your return slot. You will then receive a
confirmation by SMS.
• The delivery person will place your order in a secure bag.

Conditions:

• Items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with the receipt and all their accessories: boxes, booklets, labels, protections, etc. The perfume case must still be sealed.

• No exchange or refund will be accepted on personalized, engraved or custom-made products.

• The refund is for the exclusive benefit of the initial purchaser on the payment method used for the initial purchase. The processing time for a refund can take up to 14 days from receipt of the returned product.

When you place an order, your billing address must match the address on your credit card, otherwise we will not be able to process your order.

All transactions are secure. The sophistisac website is equipped with an SSL encryption system to protect personal data and payment data. sophistisac does not store any credit card information.

The sales policy of Maison sophistisac does not allow any change of name or address on the invoice or shipping note at the time of validation of your order.

The order is completed in 4 steps:
1) Create an account or identify yourself using your email address and password to access your personalized space.
2) Fill in the information fields relating to delivery: name and address of the recipient(s), and choice of delivery method.
3) Fill in the payment information.
4) Check your order and validate it.

The purchase of Sophistisac products online is strictly reserved for non-professional customers. Any order placed on the official website must be made in the name of an individual.
